Appliance Repair Technician

As a Field Repair Technician, you will represent Warners' Stellian out in the field at customer’s homes in a professional manner to repair appliances while maintaining a company vehicle and proper documentation of all service calls.
Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties of the role include:
- Repairing appliances at customers residence
- Communicating status of work and collecting payment from customers professionally while maintaining all proper documentation of each work order.
- Maintaining a professional appearance for yourself and company property (keep company vehicle stocked and clean, maintain and be responsible for provided tools)
- Adequately communicating with supervisor, Repair Call Center staff, and other vendors when calling vendor tech lines
- Completing all assigned work orders each day remaining in the field until work is completed and working overtime when needed

Schedule:
· 8 hour shifts
· Day hours
· Monday to Friday
Requirements
- Appliance/Refrigerant Repair Certification is desired but not required
- 2 years experience in technical role is desired but not required.
- Successful completion of a DOT physical including pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to heavy lift (lift up to 600 lbs with a dolly)
- Efficieny with email, internet, comfortable use of a PC and ability to learn internal software programs
