What You’ll Do
Support everyday living: Assist with personal care, meals, medication, and overall health
Encourage independence: Help individuals build skills like budgeting, social interaction, and community participation
Be an advocate: Support individuals in reaching their personal goals and living life on their terms
Lead the team: Mentor and support DSP staff, helping create a strong, reliable team environment
Keep people safe: Ensure a safe, supportive setting while following best practices and guidelines
Stay active in the community: Help individuals participate in local activities, events, and daily routines

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or Associate’s + 2 years’ experience, or 4 years’ experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required in this area)
Ability to complete required certifications, including medication administration
Experience in human services or team leadership preferred
