The trainer will be responsible for providing initial training to new hires and for deepening and refining the knowledge of current assemblers to support their professional development within the organization. The selected candidate must promote the company"s values and emphasize the importance of interpersonal skills in the workplace. They must be able to adapt training content to accommodate individual learning styles while adhering to the deadlines assigned to each training module.Main Responsibilities: Teach both theoretical and practical aspects, technical terminology, and the various stages of electrical harness manufacturing processes, including documentation, production sequences, procedures and standards, and the equipment/tools/machines used, etc.; Deliver training through presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises; Prepare training materials and samples for employee practice; Maintain and improve the company"s existing training program and training materials; Work closely with the human resources and production departments Help develop evaluation rubrics for use in hiring interviews and employee performance reviews; Participate in performance reviews for new and existing employees; As needed, attend various departmental meetings (HR, production, engineering, and continuous improvement); Work closely with department heads regarding the monitoring of new employees; May be required to develop additional in-house training programs in other areas of activity.Required Qualifications: Hold a degree in a technical field (electrical, electronics, electrical engineering, automation, electromechanics, aeronautics) or have equivalent experience; A minimum of 2 years of experience as a trainer; Spoken English (an asset); Good knowledge of written French; Excellent communication skills; Commitment to occupational health and safety, making it a priority;
